Description

An early birthday gift for ~VampireHunterAmanda She was kind enough to lend her Lassen Family to me to use in my novels.

Andrew and Ben Lassen Enter the Tearoom

Patricia was listening intently to her father, standing near the front
entrance of the tearoom. Her peripheral vision caught the door open and close. A
light, sweet odor, vaguely similar to honey, hit her nostrils. Boris, standing next
to her, whirled to face the person entering. “Nosferatu!” he snarled.

A man and a boy about six years old stood before them. The man was
fairly tall and thin, with a shock of thick, curly black hair…
The most noteworthy thing about him, however, was the series of nasty scars
radiating outward from his left eye. The spectacles perched on his nose and the
hair combed over the area did little to disguise the disfigurement. The child was
scrawny and pale, with high cheekbones and wavy black locks. The man put his
hand on the child’s shoulder and eased the boy behind him…

Drapes: Okay, this has been driving me NUTS. I was working on the picture late at night when I added them. Other than a perfunctory “Okay, it’s from D A stock” , I made no note of where I’d found the file. Was it in my stock from D A folder on my jump drive? My secondary folder? No, so I searched stock on D A. After 2 days of that and looking in every %&$%*% possible folder of mine, I give up. If anybody recognizes this beautiful set of drapes, please let me know so I might link back to their talented creator and give him or her the credit they deserve.

ABOUT THE BOOK

“It's 18th century London, and Russian Wampyr Boris Alexeyev is returning to the home of the McCabes for another meal and another victim. But instead of finding easy prey, the 800-year-old vampire finds Patricia, the woman of his dreams, stake in hand.

Taking a fresh direction in a familiar genre, their tale tells of two very different worlds coming together, in a story that is frightening, funny, and in the end, heartwarming. “Boris and Patricia” weaves an intricate tapestry of cultures, memorable and eccentric characters, and real-world events that will leave readers hungry for more.

***

The first of the anticipated Siné Nominé Chronicles will not disappoint as it throws you into an extraordinary world, and beckons you to sink your teeth in."
